DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00,5th December 2020 -08:00, 6th December 2020
At 17:45 and again at 23:30, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Issawiya, and handed over the citizen: Khaldoun Dari a notification to be reviewed by the Israeli intelligence when confrontations took place with the citizens while on the patrol.
At dawn on 12/06/2020, the occupation forces positioned in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city detained Omar Abu Al-Hawa.
At 23:30, the occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters at the citizens, during their raid into the village of Al-Issawiya, under the pretext that they had been throwing stones while on patrol.
At 15:00, groups of settlers were present in front of the Bab al-Asbat and Hatta (from the gates leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the Old City of Jerusalem, and performed "Talmudic" rituals in a loud voice in both places.
At 09:20, the occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters at the citizens, near the entrance to the town of Turmus Aya, under the pretext that they had been throwing stones.
At 01:15,Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qabatiya, where clashes took place with the citizens during which they stormed and search of a number of houses, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 05:30.
The detainee in the town of Qabatia is: Samir Nazal.
At 01:15, the occupation forces fired live bullets and rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, during their raid onto the town of Qabatiya, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones while they were storming and searching a number of homes.
At 14:00, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the "Ainaf" checkpoint, and blocked traffic until 16:20.
At dawn on 12/06/2020, the occupation forces raided the town of Zita, and detained a citizen.
1. At 10:55, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the Segregation Wall near the town of Zita detained Firas Khairy Saeed Kittana - a resident of Al Nazla Al Gharbia.
2. The person detained in the town of Zita is: Rabah Abdel Fattah Labadi.
1. At 09:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 10:50.
2. At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Azzun town, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 16:00, the occupying forces, present in the vicinity of the "Eyal" crossing, north of Qalqilya, fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
2. On the evening of 12/05/2020, near the eastern (closed) entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddum, the occupying forces fired sound and tear gas canisters at the demonstrators in protest against the closure of the village entrance, under the pretext that it had been stoned, wounding a number of citizens. Cases of suffocation due to tear gas inhalation.
At 15:50, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at Beit Furik checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 22:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Kafeel Haris, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
On the evening of 12/05/2020, a group of settlers from "Brukhin" settlement entered the citizens' agricultural lands in the Al-Mars area of Kafr El-Deek town, cutting off the branches of about 15 olive trees owned by the citizen: Awni Hamdan.
At 09:55 and again at 01:00 , the occupying forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Jericho to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 10:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Dar Salah village bridge (the eastern entrance to Beit Sahour), to search cars and check citizens' identities until 11:30.
2. At 11:35, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Beit Jala, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 12:30.
3. At 15:05, the occupation forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to Janata town, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 16:00.
4. At 07:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Al-Jab'a, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 20:55, the occupation forces positioned in the vicinity of Bilal Bin Rabah Mosque (Al-Qubbah), north of Bethlehem detained Bilal Ja`wi - a resident of Aida camp in Bethlehem.
1. At 08:35, the occupation forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrances to the city of Hebron and the towns of Bani Na`im and Al-Samou`, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 18:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Idhna town, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 19:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Hebron, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
4. At 07:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Yakin area (the entrance to the town of Bani Naim), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At dawn on 12/06/2020, the occupation forces raided Hebron city and Yatta town, and conducted a patrol.
At 01:05, the occupation forces positioned in Al-Sheikh neighborhood in the old city of Hebron detained Ahmad Al-Natsheh.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.
• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The occupying forces violated the ceasefire, by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the Central Governorate, and by firing boats at the fishermen's boats at sea in the northern Gaza governorate.
* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": on 12/05/2020 is closed (due to the Saturday holiday).
At 08:30 on 12/05/2020, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while they were chasing them at sea off the Al-Sudania beach, west of Beit Lahia.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently, and by unilateral Israeli decision.
* The Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010 by an Israeli unilateral decision.
At 19:45 on 12/05/2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Deir Al-Balah.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: 12/05/2020 is closed (due to the Saturday holiday).
* Al-Awda - Rafah crossing: 12/05/2020 is closed.
