WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

At 15:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Diaa Beydoun, and his brother Mohammed in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Deportation

On 28.05.2020,The occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem handed over a decision to deport the citizen: Anan Najib, from his place of residence in the city of Jerusalem (according to the decision, he will be informed of the period of deportation within 72 hours), as a condition for his release after he arrested him earlier.

House Demolition

On 28.05.2020,The occupation authorities in the Jabal Al-Mukabber neighborhood of Jerusalem city forced Rasmiya Kassab Bashir to demolish her 85-square-meter house after notifying her earlier, in order to avoid paying heavy fines in the event that the occupation authorities carried out the demolition process, on the pretext of not licensing.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

On 28.05.2020, Israeli forces raided Al-Tireh village and served orders for the demolition of 6 homes under the pretext of not being licensed and located in the classified area (C) under Israeli control.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:45,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city to search vehicles and verify citizens ’identities.
2. At 11:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the West entrance of Azzun town to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
3. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Immatin village to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
4. At 19:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun town and Kafr Thulth town to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
5. At 21:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous town and Al-Nabi Eliyas village to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

Detention

At 17:40, Israeli forces detained Bara Qaher Abdel-Azziz Abu Haniya {a resident of Azzun town}.

Attack

At 14:15 and again 21:00,Israeli forces positioned at "Ayal" crossing point located in North Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Bithan road {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} to search vehicles and verify citizens ’identities.

Raid

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Dajjan village.
2. At 22:55, Israeli forces raided Tel village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafil Harris town and Harris village to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jalla city to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 00:10.

Attack

At 17:40,Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Teqou' town fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Assaults on Property

1. At 12:30, the Israeli occupation forces stopped work on a project to rehabilitate the cemetery road in the village of Al-Rashaideh, on the grounds that it was an area under Israeli control.
2. At 15:10, the occupation forces in Artas village stopped work on the construction foundation excavation in Bark Sulaiman area in the village, owned by Ammar Mustafa Odeh. They also confiscated the keys to the bulldozer that was operating in the place.

HEBRON

1. At 18:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Yaqin area {located at the entrance of Bani Na'im town} to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 18:45,the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge, to search cars and verify citizens ’identities.

Attack

1. At 15:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the entrance of Yatta to search cars and verify citizens ’identities.
2. At 15:55, the Israeli occupation forces erected a checkpoint at the southern entrance to the city of Hebron, to search cars and verify citizens ’identities.
3. At 15:55, the Israeli occupation forces erected a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Al-Dhahiriya, to search vehicles and verify citizens ’identities.

Assaults on Property

On 28. 05. 2020, the Occupation Forces in the Old City of Hebron prevented employees of the Hebron Rehabilitation Committee from completing the restoration and maintenance work on the Ibrahimi Mosque, on the pretext that they did not possess a permit from the Occupation Forces (knowing that work inside the Ibrahimi Mosque is within the powers of the Ministry of Awqaf and Affairs Religious in coordination with the Hebron Rehabilitation Committee).

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At dawn on 29. 05. 2020 The occupying forces in the Old City of Hebron prevented the caller for prayer at Al-Ibrahimi mosque{ Tomb of the Patriarchs} from making the call for dawn prayers, and prevented citizens from the mosque , and allowed only a few to pray inside, while expelling citizens who had gathered to pray in the outer courtyards of the campus.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• The occupying forces violated the ceasefire by firing from their positions on the Green Line in North Gaza and Rafah governorates, and by firing at fishermen's boats while pursuing them at sea in the central Gaza.

1. At 15:00 on 28.05.2020,the Israeli occupation forces opened fire and tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of the town of Jabaliya.
2. At 02:30 on 29.05.2020,the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural land,North of the town of Beit Lahia.

GAZA

At 05:00 on 29.05.2020,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Nussirat camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

*Yasser Arafat International Airport: Closed.
*Sofa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - Kerem Shalom: 28. 05. 2020 is partially open (for the introduction of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel, building materials for the private sector and internationally funded projects).
