DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 8th February 2020 – 08:00, 9th February 2020
On February 8th 2020, demonstrations took place for the second consecutive day in all districts in the West Bank and Gaza strip rejecting The United States of America's presidents announcement of the "Deal of the Century" which aims to settle the Palestinian issue, and the participants in the marches and events confirmed their support of President Mahmoud Abbas and Palestinian leaderships demand for the implementation of the International resolutions to safeguarding the rights of the Palestinian people on their land and establishing an independent and fully sovereign Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital within the borders of June 4, 1967.
At 11:45, the occupying forces stormed the town of Badu and patrolled until 12:45 p.m.
At 9:00 , the occupying forces set up a roadblock between the villages of Deir Baza'a and Kafr Nema to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
At 09:00, the Israeli occupation forces closed a secondary road in the village of Ras Karkar, with dirt mounds and concrete blocks.
At 10:15, the Israeli Occupying army stormed the town of Ya`bad, and they patrolled until 16:20.
At 17:00, Israeli occupying army raided the town of Zita and patrolled.
At 13:55, the occupying forces, who were present at the gate of the apartheid wall adjacent to the town of Qaqin, fired live metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas at demonstrators, injuring 2 citizens and injuring a number of citizens - asphyxiation as a result of inhalation Teargas.
The two wounded during clashes with the occupying forces located at the gate of the apartheid wall near the town of Qaqin: Ibrahim Maher Ibrahim Hersha and Saeb Asaad Yusuf Hersha.
1. At 22:25, an occupying army force stormed the town of Azzun, where clashes took place with citizens while raiding and searching a house.

1. At 13:40, the occupying forces, located in the vicinity of the Jaljulia checkpoint, southeast of Qalqilya, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas at the protesting citizens, under the pretext of being stoned.
2. At 14:00, the occupying forces, near the entrance to the village of Nabi Elias, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas at the demonstrators, under the pretext of being stoned, and severely beaten a civilian, resulting in his injuries - bruises.
3. At 22:25, during the incursion into the town of Azzun, the occupying forces fired sound bombs and tear gas at the citizens, under the pretext of being stoned while patrolling.
The citizen who was injured was bruised during clashes with the occupying forces near the entrance to the village of Nabi Elias: Alaa Douiri.
At 23:00, a force from the Occupying Army stormed the village of Sawaya and patrolled.
1. On 05. 02. 2020 The occupying forces arrested jihad Akka, residents of Nablus, while reviewing the Israeli intelligence services, on the basis of advance notice.
2. At 18:50, the occupying forces arrested one of the military checkpoints on the main road, Nablus, Ramallah, and the citizen: Mohsen Hussam al-Razi, residents of Nablus.
At 09:15, the occupying forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to deir Alot town to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
1. At 14:55, the occupying forces set up a roadblock in the Area of Aqba Hasana (on the main road leading to the western villages in Bethlehem governorate) to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 10:15 p.m.
2. At 15:35, the occupying forces set up a roadblock at the northern entrance to taqwa town to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 5:35 p.m.
1. At 21:30, a force from the Occupying Army stormed the village of Al-Asakra and patrolled until 22:10.
2. At 22:35, an occupying army force stormed the town of Nahalin and patrolled until 22:10.
At 07:00 hours, Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Beit Ammar, raided and searched a number of houses, arrested 4 citizens, and severely beat one of the detainees and his wife with rifle butts, injuring him in the face and injuring his wife with bruises on the neck.
The four detainees in the town of Beit Ambar are: Hassan Adam Salem Khalil, Momen Hassan Mahmoud Al-Tit, 16, Saif Kassab Ali Abu Diya, and Abdul Nasser Abdel Hamid Abu Maria.
The citizen who was wounded in the face as a result of severe beatings during his detention is: Saif Kassab Ali Abu Dayyeh.
Citizens who were wounded - bruised by the Israeli occupation forces, who severely beat her while her husband was arrested: Alaa Ayad Ayed Al-Khalil.
On 08. 02. 2020, the Israeli occupation forces closed the entrance to Al-Fawwar camp (for the second consecutive day), in front of the citizens ’traffic.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.
• The occupying forces violated the ceasefire, firing and three artillery shells from their positions on the Green Line in the governorates of northern Gaza, Gaza and Khanyounis.
• Palestinian armed groups violated the ceasefire by firing mortar shell towards the Green Line.

2. At 20:20 on 08. 02. 2020 The occupying forces fired two artillery shells from their positions on the Green Line, in the direction of a Palestinian armed group in the northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 08:00 on 08. 02. 2020 The occupying forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural land east of Gaza City.
At 19:15 on 08. 02. 2020 Members of Palestinian armed groups fired Mortar shell towards the Green Line.
At 12:00 am 08. 02. 2020 Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of the town of Khuza'a, east of Khan Younis.

*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
