DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00,10th December 2019 – 08:00, 11th December 2019
At 16:30 and again at 01:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 16:40, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Odat Al-Amouri {a resident of Shu'fat neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
2.At 18:50, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdel-Rahman Mahboubat {a resident of Biddu town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
At 09:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
1. At 16:25 and again at 01:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents as they stormed several merchant shops located in the industrial zone and as a result injured 3 residents and detained 2 residents {including a journalist} and confiscated surveillance camera footage from several merchant shops then withdrew at 05:35.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town until 04:10.
3. At 01:30,Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:40.
4. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home then detained a resident.
5. At 04:50, Israeli forces raided Beitin village, detained a resident and summoned Mahmoud Hamad to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning then withdrew at 05:10.
6. At 05:35, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a resident.
1.Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Bushra Jamal Al-Taweel{a journalist} and Layth Assi Al-Tarifi in Al-Bireh city.
2. Israeli forces detained Mus'ab Sa'id in Bir Ziet town.
3. Israeli forces detained Kamal Jallal Nakhlat in Al-Jalazoun camp.
4. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Kayed in Beitin village.
5. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Abdallah Al-Saher in Silwad town.
1. At 16:25 and again at 01:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several merchant shops and homes in the Industrial zone during their raid into Al-Bireh city and as a result injured 3 residents.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Bir Ziet town.
3. At 03:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp.
Israeli forces injured 3 residents{of those identified}: Ahmad Ayman Tatouh during clashes in Al-Bireh city.
At 01:30, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Bushra Jamal Al-Taweel after detaining her during their raid into Al-Bireh city.
1. At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad, Arraba, Silah Al-Harthiya towns and Bi'r Al-Basha and Al-Fanduqumiya villages until 15:30.
2. At 13:10, Israeli forces raided Jalboun, Beit Qad and Deir Abu Da'if villages until 15:30.
3. At 22:50, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village until 03:10.
4. At 07:00, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and Zabadat village.
On December 9th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint detained Sa'id Nasser Jarrar {a resident of Jenin city}.
At 13:50,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Enav military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 17:15.
At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Far'oun village until 03:00.
1.At 07:50, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Baqa Al-Sharqiya town opened fire towards a resident as he attempted to cross into the Green line and as a result left him hospitalized.
2. On the morning of December 11th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Quffin town opened fire towards a resident as he attempted to cross into the Green line and as a result left him hospitalized.
1. Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Baqa Al-Sharqiya town opened fire towards and injured Hazim Mohammad Musa Al-Lahlouh.

At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jit village then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 22:50.
2. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and detained a resident.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Azbat Al-Madour village and detained a resident.
1. Israeli forces detained Tarik Nizar Zamari in Azzun town.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Samer Nimr Ghrabat in Azbat Al-Madour village.
At 16:50, Israeli forces positioned at Jaljuliya military checkpoint located in south east Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
At 15:35,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Bithan road {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At dawn on December 10th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qussin village and detained a resident.
2. At 09:05, Israeli forces raided Aqraba and Beita towns and Osarin village until 14:10.
3. At 16:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town until 17:30.
4. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Tel village until 01:00.
5. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town and Kafr Qalil village.
Israeli forces detained Usayed Bassam Al-Dik in Qussin village.
On December 10th 2019,a group of Israeli settlers placed barbed wire fencing around a plot of land located in the south area of Burin village {which was leveled a few days ago} in an attempt to confiscate it.
At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
At 13:45, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town.
At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Anas Ali Saleh Abu Hamadat {a resident of Balata camp in Nablus city}.
At 13:40 and again at 21:25,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village, confiscated a vehicle then withdrew at 04:45.
2. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Jalla city until 05:50.
At 01:40, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Ahmad Qassim Al-Shiekh during their raid into Marah Rabah village.
At 22:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Za'tara town bridge stoned vehicles traveling in the area and as a result damaged a vehicle owned by Yasser Al-Amour {a resident of Teqou' town}.
1. At 08:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Einoun village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 21:40,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron then detained a resident.
On December 10th 2019, Israeli forces raided Halhul town and detained 2 residents.
1. At 06:00 on December 9th 2019, Israeli forces detained Salem Saed Al-Arrab during their raid into Dura town {in addition to those mentioned in the report of December 9th 2019}.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city detained Qusay Khalid Issa Samour.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nayef Abdallah Al-Shatareet and Mahmoud Bajis Aqel in Halhul town.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis district.
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 00:30 on December 11th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
