Raid
At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained 3 residents {including 2 children}.
Detention
Israeli forces detained 3 residents {including 2 children}: Jawad Omar Hamad {13 years old}, Ahmad Ayed Hamad {13 years old} and Musa Wael Hamad in Silwad town.
Attack
At 13:35, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents.
Injuries
Israeli forces injured 3 residents: Fadi Sadqi Wash'hat, Zied Rawhi Alawi and Yazan Jaber Jaradat during clashes near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city.
TUBAS
Military Checkpoints
At 20:45,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
TULKAREM
Attack
At 06:15, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate located near Nazlat Issa village opened fire towards a resident as he attempted to pass through the wall gate for work inside the Green Line and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.
Injuries
Israeli forces injured Ahmad Abed Khalil Ammar {a resident of Quffin town} after opening fire towards him near Nazlat Issa village.
QALQILIYA
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 18:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Laqif village.
NABLUS
Raid
1. On November 16th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village and clashed with several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qalil village.
3. At 17:55, Israeli forces raided Osarin village until 01:20.
4. At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Aqraba town until 01:20.
5. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Huwara town until 04:50.
Attack
On November 16th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sabastiya village.
Settlers Attacks
At 04:30, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Huwara town and assaulted Ziyad Odah as he was inside his shop {supermarket} and attempted to steal merchandise from the shop.

1. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zawiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Murajat road {which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.

1. At 10:00 and again at 18:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khirbeit Al-Dier village located near Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
Raid
At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town until 06:35.
HEBRON
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in east Yatta town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:40.
2. At 16:45,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles until 17:50.
Raid
1. At 16:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir and Al-Shiyoukh towns and summoned Mohammad Yusef Rasana {a resident of Al-Shiyoukh town} to report to Israeli intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 07:50.
3. At dawn on November 17th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained a resident.

Israeli forces detained Adam Abu Judat in Al-Arrub camp.
GAZA STRIP
ALL DISTRICTS
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza,Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
NORTHERN GAZA

1. At 07:00 on November 16th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 14:10 on November 16th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Jabaliya town.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
