DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 15th November 2019 – 08:00, 16th November 2019
At 14:30 and again at 22:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' military checkpoint {which is located along the main road connecting Jerusalem, Ramallah and Jericho districts} and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 14:15,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and detained a resident.
2. On November 15th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.
1. At 16:45, Israe;i forces positioned in Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area detained Mohammad Nabil Khalil Maqiti {a resident of Aqbat Jabr camp in Jericho city} for allegdly entering the area without a valid enter permit.
2. On November 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Kasarat area detained Muneer Al-Ka'abna {a Palestinian Preventive Security Force officer}
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ibrahim Al-Warnat in Al-Eizzariya town.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abu Aweis in Al-Eisawiya village.
At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Sinjil town and Eyoun Al-Haramiya junction {located along the main road connecting Ramallah and Nablus} then searched residents and vehicles.
At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Baqa Al-Sharqiya town, stormed a home then withdrew at 02:10.
At 12:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izzbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 04:15.
1. At 12:20, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 23:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.
At 08:15,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
At 22:35, Israeli forces raided Tel village and clashed with several residents.
At 22:35, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several resiednts for alleged stoning during their raid into Tel village.
At 12:55, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Shiekh area located in east Jalloud village, assaulted several farmers collecting olives then withdrew under the protection of the Israeli military after kicking out the farmers from the land.
At 00:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Bruqin and Kafr Al-Dik towns then searched residents and vehicles.
At 11:30, two Israeli settlers opened fire towards Firas Al-Dik as he was collecting Olive harvest on agricultural land in Ghras Qasoul area located in Kafr Al-Dik town near "Pedu'el" settlement.
At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:20.
2. At 13:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khirbeit Al-Dier village located near Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:05.
3. At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Husan village,stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 18:50.
At 12:45, Israeli force positioned near the North entrance of Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
At 11:00, Israeli forces closed the steel gate located at the west entrance of Teqou' town and impeded the free flow of traffic.
1. At 13:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Dahriya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:25,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fah's area located in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Einoun village then searched residents and vehicles.
At 21:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town.
1. At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned near "Bet Ayn" settlement located near Surif town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting against land confiscation and settlement construction for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents {including a Journalist}.
2. At 20:55, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arrub camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
At 11:20, a group of Israeli settlers assaulted several residents who were harvesting Olives on agricultural land in Al-Tuwani village located in east Yatta town and as a result injured a resident who was attacked by a settlers dog.
1. Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Moath Amarna {a journalist} and Mohammad Nasser Ahmad Ghanimat during clashes in near "Bet Ayn" settlement located near Surif town.
2. Israeli settlers injured Basil Al-Adrat after he was attacked by a dog as Israeli settlers assaulted him on agricultural land in Al-Tuwani village located in east Yatta town.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles and on November 12th 2019 Israeli forces enforced a closure of the fishing zone until further notice then reopened the fishing zone on the afternoon of November 14th 2019.
•Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 21 missiles {during 6 consecutive airstrikes} towards North Gaza districts.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured a resident.
•Palestinian gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching projectiles towards the Green Line.
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
1. At 04:55 on November 16th 2019,Israeli aircraft's launched 6 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 05:05 on November 16th 2019,Israeli aircraft's launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in north west Beit Lahiya town.
3. At 05:15 on November 16th 2019,Israeli aircraft's launched 5 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in north west Beit Lahiya town.
4. At 05:20 on November 16th 2019,Israeli aircraft's launched 4 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in north west Beit Lahiya town.
5. At 05:25 on November 16th 2019,Israeli aircraft's launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in north west Beit Lahiya town.
6. At 05:30 on November 16th 2019,Israeli aircraft's launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in north west Beit Lahiya town.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

1. At 09:00 on November 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 12:45 on November 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
3. At 13:10 on November 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
4. At 14:30 on November 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

At 01:55 on November 16th 2019,Palestinian Gunmen launched 2 projectiles towards the Green Line.
