At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Jib village then searched residents and vehicles.

2. At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents then detained 2 residents.

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Adam Kayed Mahmoud and Nayef Mustafa in Al-Eisawiya village.

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town.

At 17:20, Israeli forces positioned at "Mitar" crossing point located along the Green Line in south Adh Dhahiriya town detained Mohammad Fat'hi Al-Khassib {a resident of Quffin town located in Tulkarem district} as he was picking up his brother {a Palestinian Detainee} who was being released through the crossing point.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Zien in Yatta town.
3. Israeli forces detained Khattab Waheed Hamdi Abu Mariya {17 years old} in Beit Ummar town.

On the evening of October 23rd 2019, Israeli forces positioned in Ad Daher area located in Beit Ummar town and near "Karmi Tsur" settlement fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
