JERUSALEM
At 21:00, Israeli forces prevented a Football match in Al-Qalaq tower field located in the old city of Jerusalem between several families in Jerusalem city and forcibly removed residents from inside the Football field after assaulting them then removed several banners from inside the stadium and detained 2 residents.
1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Shaukat Khader Al-Sheikh {16 years old}, Amir Sheshtawi, and Mahmoud Erekat in Al-Eizariya town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ragheb Abu Sneineh and Alaa Jamjoom from inside Al-Qalaq tower field located in the old city of Jerusalem.
At 13:00,Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Jerusalem temporarily detained Minister of Jerusalem Affairs: Fadi Al-Hadmi as he was exiting Al-Aqsa mosque compound then released him at a later time.
At 22:30, Israeli forces positioned at a military post located in Al-Jabal area in Abu Dis town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and throwing a handmade explosive device towards the Military post.
At 12:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On August 18th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.
1. At 11:05,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout and temporarily detained 5 Palestinian National Security Force officers then released them at 14:00.
2. At 21:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Silwad town, stormed and searched several homes and a building {under construction consisting of 4 floors} then detained 5 residents.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes then detained 2 residents.
3. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:20.
4. At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained a resident.
5. Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village then detained 3 residents.
6. At 04:45, Israeli forces raided Jifna village and detained a resident.
7. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Sinjil town and detained a resident.
8. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Kafr Malik village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then detained a resident.
9. At dawn on August 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Shuqba village and detained a resident.
1. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Mohamed Raed Hamed, Mousa Mohamed Mousa Hamed, Mohammed Najeh Ayyad, Jamil Mahmoud Hamed, and Fakhry Abdel Raouf Hamed during their raid into Silwad town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Hamam Muneer Al-Rimawi and Yacoub Thalji Al-Rimawi during their raid into Beit Rima town.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Baraa Al-Qadi {a resident of Al-Bireh city}, and Awad Abu Ein {a resident of Ramallah city} during their raid into Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities.
4.. Israeli forces detained Issam Ahmad Abu Aliya during their raid into Al-Mughier village.
5. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Shadi Ismail for Dadwa, Mahmoud Hassan Odeh for Dadwa, and Mohammed Issa al-Ali during their raid into Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.
6. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Haytham Faraj in Jifna village.
7. Israeli forces detained Hussien Sami Shabana in Sinjil town.
8. Israeli forces detained Laqqman Hamayil in Kafr Malik village.
9. Israeli forces detained Muntasir Qad'h in Shuqba village.
1. At 11:05, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint Ein Sinya village roundabout temporarily detained 5 Palestinian National Security Force officers as they were travelling to Ramallah then released then at 14:00.
2. At 14:20, Israeli forces positioned Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city temporarily detained Jihad Issam Zannib {a National Security Force officer} then released him at 14:35.
1. At 03:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Beit Rima town.
2. At 03:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities.
3. At 05:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Kafr Malik village.
TUBAS
1. At 08:10, Israeli forces demolished a water tank {made from steel slabs approximately 1000 cubic-meters} and demolished several pipelines connected to the tank {which was used for irrigation purposes} located on plot of land near Bardala village in the North Jordan valley for allegedly being built with out a licence because of it location in Area C {which is under Israeli Military and Administrative control}.
2. At 14:40, Israeli forces demolished and buried 27 Beehives owned by Abu Al-Assal family {residents of Jericho city} located Bardala village in the North Jordan valley.
TULKAREM
At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Allar town then stormed and searched a home.
QALQILIYA
1. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town and closed the steel entrance gate thus impeding the free flow of traffic {because of alleged stoning towards Israeli settler vehicles} then reopened it at a later 04:50.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles until 04:30.
3. At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous town and Al-Nabi Eliyas village then closed the steel gate located along the main road thus impeding the free flow of traffic until 04:30.
At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 01:15.
At 23:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.
NABLUS
At 00:40,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 02:00.
1. At 08:00 and again at 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 19:30.
2. At 14:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jama'in town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
4. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Osarin village , detained 2 residents the withdrew at 03:55.
Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Sa'ed Ahed Adeli and Nassar Suhiel Adeli in Osarin village.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:35,,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles until 00:30.
1. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Harmala village, stormed and searched 2 homes and confiscated surveillance camera footage from both homes.
2. At 06:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Ta'mar village then stormed and searched 4 homes.
HEBRON
At 08:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.
1. At 04:05, Israeli forces raided Dura town and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on August 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town and Deir Sammit village.
Israeli forces detained Jihad Yusef Faqusat in Dura town.
ALL DISTRICTS
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 07:30 on August 18th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
