JERUSALEM
Israeli forces detained 7 residents {including a child}: Nagham Mohammed Hassan Alian {16 years old}, Moatasem Hamza Obaid, Yousef Hashim Alian, Mohammed Alian, Anas Alyan, Fadi Yousef Obaid and Majed Suleiman Dari in Al-Eisawiya village.
On July 28th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning 5 residents: from entering Al-Eisawiya village for a period of 2 weeks as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.
At 19:30, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
At 09:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On July 28th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.
At 10:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halamish" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:45.
JENIN
1. At 21:55, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town until 23:30.
2. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Arraba town and Markat village until 05:10.
TUBAS
On July 28th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Abu Al-Qandol area located in the North Jordan valley and installed Mobile trailers in addition to 3 homes which were installed earlier and also placed steel fencing around the plot of land in an attempt to establish a new settlement outpost.
TULKAREM
At 16:20,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Attil and Deir Al-Ghasoun towns, detained a resident in Attil town then withdrew at 04:50.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Tulkarem camp, Nur Al-Shams camp and Far'oun villages, detained a resident in Tulkarem camp then withdrew at 04:50.
3. At 02:15,Israeli forces raided Anabta , Kafr Al-Labbad towns and Kafr Raman village, detained 2 residents in Anabta town then withdrew at 04:50.
1. Israeli forces detained Adam Omar Subhi Jitawi in Attil town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Hassan Matrouk in Tulkarem camp.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Usayed Ameen Shafiq Qabaj and Adam Qabaj in Anabta town.
QALQILIYA
1. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 06:10.
At 14:25, Israeli forces positioned at Ayal crossing point located in North Qalqiliya city detained Mohammad Soloman Mahmoud Qur'an {a resident of Qalqiliya city}.
On July 28th 2019, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Jayyous and Al-Nabi Eliyas village with dirt mounds and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic.
NABLUS
1. At 13:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 08:05, Israeli forces raided Tel village and detained a resident.
2. On the morning of July 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village and destroyed part of a tourism project aimed at rehabilitating Al-Baidar Square near the archaeological site in the village - within the classified area (B) according to the Oslo agreement.
3. At 01:35 on July 29th 2019, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town and detained a resident.
1. Israeli forces detained Yusef Ibrahim Mohammad Afana in Tel village.
2. Israeli forces detained Anas Tawfiq Hassoun Sawalmat in Assira Al-Shamaliya town.
On the morning of July 28th 2019, Israeli forces destroyed part of a tourism project aimed at rehabilitating Al-Baidar Square near the archaeological site during their raid into Sabastiya village.
SALFIT
1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Harris village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan and Bidya towns then detained a resident in Bidya town.
Israeli forces detained Abdallah Shattat in Bidya town.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Wadi Al-Nis village.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Harmala and Rakhmat villages.
HEBRON
At 09:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
1. At 08:55 and again at 23:05, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town until 01:30.
2. At 08:55, Israeli forces raided Suba village located in south east Ithna town.
3. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town until 07:50.
4. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town until 06:35.
ALL DISTRICTS
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Gaza district.

At 07:30 on July 28th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
At 22:00 on July 28th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents in North West Beit Lahiya town as they attempted to climb the border fence into Israel.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 09:00 on July 28th 2019, ,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
