WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

At 21:50, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya military checkpoint detained Ali Rafiq Shawahna {a resident of Kafr Thulth town in Qalqiliya district.

Deportation

On May 10th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders to 3 unidentified residents banning them from entering Bab Al-Amoud area and Sultan Soliman road in Jerusalem city for a period of 3 months as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time and issued an order placing Mohammad Al-Salayma under house detention for a month.

Physical Assault

At 14:30, Israeli forces positioned in Bab Al-Absat gate {a main entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque} assaulted a Paramedic as he was tending to patients who were at Al-Aqsa mosque conducting evening prayers during the Holy month of Ramadan.

Assaults on Property

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided The headquarters of the Burj Al-Laqlaq Community Center in Jerusalem city and attempted to remove a Ramadan Decoration lantern which was placed in May 9th 2019.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

Since May 6 2019,the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians from 10:00 until 22:00 daily during which the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 22:00 for those entering Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities.

Raid

1. At 20:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.
2. At 22:50, Israeli forces raided Deir Ijrier village and clashed with several residents.

Attack

At 22:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Deir Ijrier village.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Jenin Haifa road {located between Al-Silah Al-Hrthiya and Al-Yamoun towns} then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 18:20,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Enav military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 20:40.

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:20, Israeli forces set up 2 military checkpoints at the entrances of Beit Lid town and Safarin village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:40.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 14:20,Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents {including a child and a journalist} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: The child Khalid Murad Ishtawi {13 years old} and a Photo Journalist for Palestine TV during clashes near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} .

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jama'in town then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 20:20, Israeli forces positioned along the bypass road near "Yitshar" settlement detained the child: Mohammad Khalid Sha'ban {17 years old}{a resident of Tel village} for allegedly throwing a Molotov fire bomb towards settler vehicles.

Settlers Attacks

At 15:00,a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in the south east area of Assira Al-Qibliya village and mapped out the plot of land approximately 15 dunums then withdrew under the protection of the Israeli Military at 16:15.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Raid

At 10:20, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of settlers who stormed "the Church of Temptation" then withdrew at 11:20.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kissan village located in south Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 17:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Shur city} then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.
5. At 00:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Wadi Rahal village then searched residents and vehicles until 01:40.
6. At 01:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles until 02:40.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Wadi Al-Huriya area in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 22:15, Israeli forces detained 3 residents{including a child}: Shadi Rami Tawfiq Al-Wawi {14 years old}, Waseem Fathi Al-Qawasmi, and Waleed Al-Najjar in Ein Al-Dabla area located in North Al-Fuwar camp.

Physical Assault

At 17:30, Israeli forces positioned in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in Jerusalem city assaulted Imad Abu Shamsieh, his wife Fayza, 42, and his sons Awni, 20, Mohammed, 17, and Saleh, 13, and all of them were released after the intervention of Palestinian Security Liaison.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on May 6th 2019 The Israeli occupation forces allowed the increase of fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the north of Gaza and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by launching tank artillery shells and opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts as a result killed 1 residents injured 31 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza, Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.

•Palestinian gunmen broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire and launching projectiles towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 16:00 on May 10th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 5 residents in all Gaza strip districts and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 20:00 on May 10th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
3. At 05:30 on May 11th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 5 unidentified residents during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 11:00 on May 10th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents in east Gaza city and as a result injured a resident.
2. At 16:00 on May 10th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 5 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 06:25 on May 11th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

Injuries

1.Israeli forces injured Mohammad Ali Al-Da'wa during clashes in east Gaza city.
2. Israeli forces injured 5 unidentified residents during clashes in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 15:00 on May 10th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.
2. At 16:00 on May 11th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Al- Buriej camp during the march of return and as a result killed a resident and injured 7 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 7 unidentified residents during clashes in east east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 16:00 on May 10th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 5 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 20:10 on May 10th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
3. At 22:45 on May 10th 2019,,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in south east Khan Yunis city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 5 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

1. At 14:30 on May 10th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
2. At 16:00 on May 10th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as a result killed a resident, injured 8 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Abdallah Jum'a Abdel-Al {24 years old} {a resident of Rafah city} during clashes in east Rafah city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 8 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Rafah city.

Palestinian Attacks

At 19:50 on May 10th 2019, Palestinian gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line {which fell into the Gaza strip}.
