WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 21:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Shu'fat military checkpoint in Jerusalem city and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Detention

At 00:30, Israeli forces detained Suhayeb Al-Awar {a resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers lead by "Ori Arail" and under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On April 11th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Raid

1. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Khirbithat Bani Harith village and detained a resident.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Saleh village, detained a resident, summoned 2 residents : Muhanad Al-Tamimi and Maher Al-Tamimi to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then assaulted Mahmoud Al-Tamimi and sprayed pepper spray onto his face leaving him hospitalized.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Najeh Taher Ta'mallah in Khirbithat Bani Harith village.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Fadil Al-Tamimi in Al-Nabi Saleh village.

Attack

At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned near "Pesagout" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Raid

At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 2 residents, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ahmad Mustafa Abu Ma'ala in Qabatiya town.

Attack

At 03:40, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qabatiya town and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Yusef Jassir Yusef Nazal and Eyad Hamza Ahmad Shikier Saba'na during clashes in Qabatiya town.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 17:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Shufat military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Detention

At 19:20, Israeli forces positioned near Jabarat military checkpoint detained Ahmad Abdel-Rahim Mohammad Al-Har {a resident of Shufa village}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Closure of main Roads

On April 11th 2019, Israeli forces closed the main road leading to Azzun town with cement blocks and impeded the free flow of traffic.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 22:50,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Furiq town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 11:30, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 11:50.

Attack

At 11:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sabasitaya village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Dier Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:35.
4. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Bruqin town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.

Raid

At 21:15, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town until 22:50.

JERICHO

Raid

At 07:20, Israeli forces raided Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:45.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:20.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 12:35, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Al-Rish military checkpoint in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Closure of main Roads

At 09:00, Israeli forces closed the steel gate located at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp and impeded the free flow of traffic.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of the districts of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 06:25, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

Detention

At 16:30 on April 11th 2019, , Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents in North east Beit Hanun town while attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Detention

At 18:30 on April 11th 2019, , Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents in east Al-Buriej camp while attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 08:30 on April 11th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
