• At 24:00 on April 8th 2019, The Israeli occupation forces imposed total closure on the West Bank and Gaza Strip on the occasion of the Israeli Knesset elections and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, except for humanitarian cases, prior coordination, UN staff and diplomatic missions until 24:00 on April 9th 2019.

ALL DISTRICTS
JERUSALEM
At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city then searched residents and vehicles.
At 15:40, Israeli forces detained Amer Abu Al-Hamam in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On April 9th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.
1. At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Al-Mughier village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:50.
3. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ras Kar Kar and Deir Ibzi' villages ge then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town ge then searched residents and vehicles.
At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village and clashed with several residents and as a result injured a resident.
At 19:30, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village and as a result injured a resident.

JENIN
At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Al-Zababda town and Masaliya village then searched residents and vehicles.
At dawn on April 10th 2019, Israeli forces raided Silat Al-Thaher town and detained a resident after storming his home.
Israeli forces detained Adnan Khalil Malahat in Silat Al-Thaher town.
On April 9th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Al-Jabaliya area located in east Jaba' town and near Al-Muraba'a and Al-Mahajir area's located in the western area then chased and provoked several residents.
QALQILIYA
At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles until 14:20.
At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, stormed and searched 3 homes then withdrew at 06:10.
NABLUS
1. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:15.
2. At 21:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Madma village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.
3. At 07:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
At dawn on April 9th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town and detained 2 residents.

SALFIT
At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town, stormed and searched several homes and detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Wajdi Mufid Buziyat in Kafil Harris town.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town and detained a resident.
3. At 20:00 , Israeli forces positioned near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 20:50.
At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and summoned Khalil Imad Khalil Ibrahim Al-Amour to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 04:10.
Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint located at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town detained Ali Yusef Ahmad Taqatqa {a resident of Beit Fajjar town}.
On April 9th 2019, Israeli authorities forced Ayman Zarinat to demolish his 2 floor home in Bi'r Onat area located in Beit Jalla city force allegedly being built with out a licence after receiving a Military order so as to avoid paying a hefty financial penalty in the event that the Israeli authorities demolished the home.
HEBRON
1. At 08:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 09:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Sabah junction located in the old city of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.
1. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Tarqumiya town then stormed and searched 3 homes.
2. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town then stormed and searched a home.
At 08:35, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children near Hebron secondary school ,Tarik Bin Zeid secondary school and Khadija Bin Khaldoun school for alleged stoning and as a result left several children suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and toWadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Rafah district.

NORTHERN GAZA

At 09:30 on April 9th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 13:40 on April 9th 2019, Israeli forces detained 3 unidentified residents in east Gaza city as they attempted to climb the border fence into Israel.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
At 13:00 on April 9th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire and launched stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents near Sufa crossing located in North east Rafah city.
