WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces detained Khalil Al-Tafkiji {Director of Mapping Department at the Arab Studies Society in Jerusalem} in Jerusalem city.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces detained the child: Moath Al-Hadrat {13 years old} in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Closure of District

On the morning of March 27th 2019, Israeli forces closed Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem city and prevented residents from reaching Bab al-Sahira and Salah al-Din Street.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On March 27th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ras Kar Kar and Deir Ibzi' villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town and detained a resident.
2. At 16:05, Israeli forces raided Dahiyat Al-Zaraiya area which is located between Dura Al-Qara' and Al-Jalazoun camp then detained 2 residents.
3. At 04:20, Israeli forces raided Abu Shikhiudum village, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 05:50.
4. At 07:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ayed Anwar Samih Mafarjat in Beit Liqya town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Thaer Abu Khalifa and Mohammad Loia Abu Khalifa in Dahiyat Al-Zaraiya area which is located between Dura Al-Qara' and Al-Jalazoun camp.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ali Musa Kandah, Mohammed Shadi Al-Sous, and Yasser Nasser Al-Sous in Abu Shikhiudum village.
4. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Hussien Ibrahim in Al-Bireh city.

Attack

At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 8 residents {including 2 children} and left several others suffocated from tear has inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 8 residents {including}: Bashar Maher Naeem Qweider {14 years old}, Mustafa Mahmoud al-Qadi, {17 years old}, and Ayman Abdel-Gawad Abdel-Moati Slawdeh during clashes near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city.

TUBAS

Confiscation of Property

On March 27th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a Water Well Drilling Rig owned by Mohammad Hussien Dar Yassin as he was working on his land located in Al-Ras Al-Ahmar area in the North Jordan valley.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1.At 10:00 and 19:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, stormed and searched a home, confiscated 2000 NIS then withdrew at 23:00.
2. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Izbit Al-Ashqar village , stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 04:30.

Confiscation of Property

At 10:00, Israeli forces confiscated 2000 NIS from Aref Ahmad Salim after storming and searching his home during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:05 and again at 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba' area located in east Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Raid

1. On March 27th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites in the village.
2. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 04:50.

Attack

At 02:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their arid into Nablus city.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:40 and again at 00:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town, served military order to demolish 5 water wells owned by Anan Ashkar, Jamal Musleh, Imad Chakour, Ghassan Amir, and Yusuf Musleh then stormed and searched the family home of Omar Abu Liela.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Salfit city, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Zaher Ibrahim Yusef Al-Dik {a resident of Kafr Al-Dik town} in Salfir city.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 05:50.

Attack

At 13:05, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of Billal Bin Rabah mosque located in North Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:15 and again at 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then detained a resident as they searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident.
2. At 04:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained a child.
3. At 07:00,Israeli forces raided Halhul town and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qalqas village and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town and detained 2 residents.
6. At dawn on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a home.
7. At dawn on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp detained Ahmad Subhi Al-Sous {17 years old}.
2. Israeli forces detained Anas Fayez Ghanimat in Surif town.
3. Israeli forces detained Muhab Wael Al-Ajrama in Al-Arroub camp.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Raed Nofal in Halhul town.
5. Israeli forces detained Na'im Ismail Abu Turki in Qalqas village.
6. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Omar Thiyab Faroukh and Mohammad Saleh Faroukh in Sa'ir town.

Attack

1. On the afternoon of March 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children as they exited school and as a result left them suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 18:45, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arrub camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 20:55, Israeli forces positioned near Khursa village junction fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 2 residents.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

Attack

1. On the morning of March 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Beit Hanun town.
2. On the evening of March 27th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
3. At 17:00 on March 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Beit Hanun town during the march of return and as a result injured a resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
4. At 17:00 on March 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 1 unidentified resident during clashes in east Beit Hanun town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 12:00 on March 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.
2. At 17:00 on March 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 17:00 on March 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Al- Buriej camp during the march of return and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 09:00 on March 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several farmers working on agricultural land located in east Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 17:00 on March 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is partialy open for the entry and exit of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

At 17:00 on March 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return.
