JERUSALEM
1. At dawn on February 20th 2019, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mutier during their raid into Qalandiya camp.
2. On February 20th 2019, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Majd Jarjawi, Nizar Taha and Ammar Taha {All resiednt of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
3. At 08:00, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Za'im Military checkpoint detained Jamil Nassir Jamil Ata.
4. At 08:40, Israeli forces detained 2 residents:Mohammad Al-Shawish and Imad Abu Sinieh as they were exiting Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem.
5.On the afternoon of February 20th 2019, Israeli forces detained Hanadi Al-Halwani after storming her home in Jerusalem city.
6. At 02:00, Israeli forces detained Bahjat Al-Razam after storming his home in the old city of Jerusalem.
7. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Nasser Awadi {15 years old} in Qalandiya camp.
On the evening of February 20th 2019, Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning 14 residents: Hamed al-Husseini, Mus'ab Obaidiyah, Mohammad Ma'touq, Yacoub al-Dabbagh, Mohammed al-Zughair, Fathi Najadi, Omar Odeh, Mohammed Abu Shousha, Mohammed Abu Qweider, Omar al-Zughair, Ahmad Rukn, Anas Abu al-Homs, Islam al-Zaghir and Hisham al-Bashiti from the old city of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa mosque compound {with the exception for those living in the old city but not close to Al-Aqsa} for a period of 60 days and fined them 1500 NIS each as a condition for their release from Israeli Police custody after being detained near Bab Al-Rahma gate at an earlier time.
At 21:00, Israeli forces positioned in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
On February 20th 2019, Israeli forces demolished 2 home {approximately 120 square meters} owned by Tayssir Al-Muhtasib and his son Shadi in Al-Ashaqariyat neighborhood in Beit Hanina town for allegedly being built without a licence.
At 09:30, The Israeli Antiquities Authority transferred soil from the Umayyad palaces area located in the eastern part of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem to an unknown location.
At 09:30, Israeli forces demolished a stone wall surrounding agricultural land in Mukhmas village.
1. At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided The Dome of the Rock mosque in Al-Aqsa mosque compound.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On February 20th 2019,the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .
1. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Deir Intham village and clashed with several residents.
2. At dawn on February 21st 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ur Al-Tahta village and detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Anan Khamis Khader Soliman in Beit Ur Al-Tahta village.
At 15:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Deir Intham village.
At 15:00, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Deir Intham village and prevented residents from entering or exiting the village for alleged stoning incident towards Israeli settler vehicles.
At dawn on February 21st 2019, Israeli settlers stormed Al-Janiya and Ras Kar Kar villages, slashed the tires of 10 vehicles located near Ras Kar Kar school and spray-painted racist and anti arab slogans on several vehicles .
JENIN
1. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town.
2. At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camps, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes in the camp and detained 3 residents.
Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Islam Jamal al-Qubba, Ahmed Atta Sabbagh al-Jabali, and Osama Ahmed Hassan Ighbarieh in Jenin camp.
At 04:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jenin camp.
TULKAREM
At 17:15, Israeli forces raided Quffin town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 19:15.

2. At 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 21:25.
3. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qussin village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village, detained 5 residents then withdrew at 07:00.

2. Israeli forces detained Muntasir Salama in Aqbat Jabr camp in Jericho city.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.
2. At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Haasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.
3. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinateh town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:20.
4. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:50.

At 04:00 on February 20th 2019, Israeli forces assaulted Munthir Mizhir {who is blind} during their raid into Al-Doha town and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.
At 17:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters as they stormed several homes during their raid into Al-Rakaba area in Al-Khader town.
HEBRON
At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
1. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town and detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Abed Mahmoud Zidat in Bani Na'im town.
At 21:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Fuwar camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
1. At 02:05 on February 20th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a sum of cash from the home of Fayeiz Masak during their raid into Hebron city {as mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At 18:15, Israeli forces confiscated a bulldozer and a steam roller owned by Mahfouth Rashid as he was working in Al-Rahaliyat area located in east Yatta town.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured 6 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 2 fishermen.
• Israeli Military aircrafts broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 2 missiles towards Central Gaza.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 08:30 on February 20th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.
CENTRAL GAZA
At 17:10 on February 20th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp.
1. At 18:20 on February 20th 2019, Israeli Military aircraft's launched missiles towards Palestinian gunmen sites in east Al-Buriej camp.
2. At 18:30 on February 20th 2019, Israeli Military aircraft's launched missiles towards east Al-Buriej camp.
KHAN YUNIS
1. At 18:00 on February 20th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town in east Khan Yunis city and as as result injured 6 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 23:40 on February 20th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city, detained 4 fishermen and injured 2 others then confiscated the fishing boat
3. At 06:00 on February 21st 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuz'a town located east Khan Yunis city.
1.Israeli forces injured 6 unidentified residents during clashes in east Khan Yunis city.
2. Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Haytham Abdel-Raziq Bakr and Awad Abdel-Raziq Bakr {Both are residents of Gaza city} after opening fire towards their fishing boats off the shores in Khan Yunis city.
Israeli forces detained 4 fishermen {including 2 injured}: Khader Marwan Awad Al Saidi, Mohammed Saeed Fathi Al Saidi,Haytham Abdel-Raziq Bakr and Awad Abdel-Raziq Bakr {All are residents of Gaza city} after opening fire towards their fishing boats off the shores in Khan Yunis city.
At 23:40 on February 20th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a fishing boat off the shores of Khan Yunis city and detained the fishermen.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
