This publication focuses on the funding of Israel's colonial settlements from international "Charitable" organizations with case studies from occupied East Jerusalem. In the vast majority of cases, such groups and individuals fund a colonial-settlement enterprise in contravention of the declared policies and obligations of their own States. In highlighting this under “charitable” funding of Israel’s colonial-settlement enterprise, this resource serves as a reminder that several measures must be taken by States, not only to fulfill their obligations under international law, but also to save the prospects of a just and lasting peace between Israel and Palestine.
