RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Attack

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in Nil'in village protesting against the wall for alleged stoning.
2. At 13:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in Bil'in village protesting against the wall for alleged stoning.
3. At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned near "Pesagout" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents.
4. At 15:15, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result killed a resident, injured 8 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Othman Ahmad Ali Al-Daduwat {33 years old} during clashes in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Fadi Khalid Quraan and Ahmad Yahya Al-Tukhi during clashes near "Pesagout" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city.
2. Israeli forces injured 8 residents including: Thaer Mohammad Shartih, Mohammad Ibrahim Shartih, Hassan Osama Abu Rabi' and Muhanad Abbas Hanoun during clashes Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Lid town then searched residents and vehicles.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

Detention

At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned near "Ayal" crossing point located in North Qalqiliya city detained Raslan Ahmad Qawas.

Attack

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli military} fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned at "Ayal" crossing point located in North Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 16:55, Israeli forces raided Osarin village and detained a resident.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Huwara town until 23:20.
3. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Tel village until 02:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Islam Ayman Fawaz Adeli in Osarin village.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 15:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:50.

Raid

At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, stormed and searched a home and summoned Majdi Salem Mohammad Soliman to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Hawawir area {located at the north entrance of Halhul town} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:20.

Detention

At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located along Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Hebron detained the child Ayman Abu Aisha {14 years old}.

Attack

At 16:10, Israeli forces positioned in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

On October 26th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Ibrahimiya Square near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the old city of Hebron, on the pretext of celebrating Jewish holidays, and placed a wall and barbed wire in the vicinity of the square.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result killed 5 residents, injured 214 residents {including 6 paramedics and 4 journalist} and left 83 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles 71 {in 30 consecutive airstrikes} towards Palestinian gunmen sites and open area's located in North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah district and as a result completely destroyed a building {consisting of 4 floors} and damaged several other homes in the area.
• Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 30 projectiles towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 15:30 on October 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result killed a resident, injured 214 residents {including 1 paramedics in North Gaza} and left 83 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Air Strike

At dawn on October 27th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 70 missiles {in 29 consecutive airstrikes} towards Palestinian gunmen sites and open area in the Gaza Strip.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Mohammad Khalid Mahmoud Abdel-Nabi {27 years old}{A resident of Jabaliya town} during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 214 residents including: Alaa Sha'ban Mohammad Sabah {A Paramedic}{A resident of Jabaliya town} during clashes in the Gaza strip.

Palestinian Attacks

At dawn on October 27th 2018, Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 30 projectiles towards the Green Line.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 15:30 on October 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 214 residents {including 6 paramedics and 4 journalist} and left 83 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2.On the evening of October 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian gunmen sites located in east Al-Zaytoun neighborhood located in south east Gaza city.

Air Strike

At dawn on October 27th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 70 missiles {in 29 consecutive airstrikes} towards Palestinian gunmen sites and open area in the Gaza Strip.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 214 residents including: Billal Khalil Ahmad Nofal {A journalist} and Mu'en Taysir Ahmad Al-Dabat {A journalist} {All are residents of east Gaza city} during clashes in the Gaza strip.

Destruction of Property

At dawn on October 27th 2018, Israeli military aircraft completely destroyed a building {consisting of 4 floors} and damaged several other homes in the area.

Palestinian Attacks

At dawn on October 27th 2018, Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 30 projectiles towards the Green Line.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 15:30 on October 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 214 residents {including 6 paramedics and 4 journalist} and left 83 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

1. On the evening of October 26th 2018, Israeli military aircraft's launched a missile towards Palestinian gunmen sites located in east Al-Buriej camp.
2. At dawn on October 27th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 70 missiles {in 29 consecutive airstrikes} towards Palestinian gunmen sites and open area in the Gaza Strip.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Mujahid Ziyad Zaki Aqel {23 years old} after opening fire towards demonstrators during clashes in east Al-Buriej camp.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 214 residents including: Rajab Hussien Al-Khaldi {A Paramedic}, Basma Maher Fihmi Washah {A Paramedic}, Hana Ibrahim Husni Shaheen {A Paramedic} and Hala Ata Aqab Abu Thaher {A Paramedic} {All are residents of Al-Buriej camp} during clashes in the Gaza strip.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 15:30 on October 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result killed 3 residents, injured 214 residents {including a journalist from Khan Yunis city} and left 83 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At dawn on October 27th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching launching 70 missiles {in 29 consecutive airstrikes} towards Palestinian gunmen sites and open area in the Gaza Strip.

Israeli forces killed 3 residents: Nassar Ayad Nassar Abu Taim {19 years old}, {A resident of Khuza'a town}, Ahmad Sa'id Abdul Aziz Abu Libdeh {22 years old}{A resident of Bani Suhaila town} and Ayash Ghassan Ayesh Shaath {22 years old}{A resident of Al-Fakhari town} after opening fire towards demonstrators near in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 214 residents including: Ahmad Suliman Abd Aram {A journalist} during clashes in the Gaza strip.

Palestinian Attacks

At dawn on October 27th 2018, Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 30 projectiles towards the Green Line.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
