Since 24:00 on September 28th 20118, The Israeli forces imposed a total closure on the West Bank governorates on the occasion of the Jewish "Sikkut" holiday and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, except for humanitarian cases, after prior coordination until 24:00 on October 1st 2018.

JERUSALEM
On the morning of September 30th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village.
1. On September 30th 2018, Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city issued order for 13 residents: Raed Al-Zaghir and Hossam Sidr (from the staff of the Reconstruction Committee of the Islamic Waqf Department), Mahdi Al-Abbasi (one of the guards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque), Shadi Moutour, Jamil Al-Abbasi, Hamza Al-Zaghir, Jihad Qus, Rami Fakhouri, Hashim, Rouhi Kalgasi, and Yacob DabbagRaed Al-Zaghir and Hossam Sidr (from the staff of the Reconstruction Committee of the Islamic Waqf Department), Mahdi Al-Abbasi (one of the guards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque), Shadi Moutour, Jamil Al-Abbasi, Hamza Al-Zaghir, Jihad Qus, Rami Fakhouri, Hashim, Rouhi Kalgasi, and Jacob Dabbagh.Raed Al-Zaghir and Hossam Sidr (from the staff of the Reconstruction Committee of the Islamic Waqf Department), Mahdi Al-Abbasi (one of the guards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque), Shadi Moutour, Jamil Al-Abbasi, Hamza Al-Zaghir, Jihad Qus, Rami Fakhouri, Hashim, Rouhi Kalgasi, and Jacob Dabbagh banning them from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a time period between 3-6 months as a condition for their release from Israeli Police custody after being detained at an earlier time.
2. On September 30th 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order for Assiya Abdel-Karim Abu Sineneh {A resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city} banning her from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 15 days as a condition for her release from Israeli Police custody after being detained at an earlier time.
On September 30th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Absat gate in the old city of Jerusalem assaulted Osama Al-Shawish and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.
On the evening of September 30th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Masrara neighborhood in Jerusalem city and assaulted residents and stoned several merchant shops and as a result injured 5 residents then proceeded to storm Bab Al-Wad neighborhood and assaulted residents and attacked homes and as a result damaged several vehicles.
At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers including Sholi Ma'alim {A Israeli Parliament member} under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
1. At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:55.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:20.
3. At 22:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village round about then searched residents and vehicles until 23:25.
At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, clashed with several residents as they stormed a drug warehouse and as a result injured 5 residents {including a child and a journalist} , detained 2 residents {including a woman} then withdrew at 17:00.
Israeli forces detained Hadil Al-Wah'sh and Lo'ay Deifallah in Ramallah city.
At 16:00 Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they they stormed a drug warehouse and as a result injured 5 residents {including a child and a journalist} during their raid into Ramallah city.
Israeli forces injured 5 residents {including a child}: Journalist - Mohammed Turkman, Hammam Ayman Abu Kwik 16 years, Mohammed Ziad Kandah, Ahmed Yousef Ramadan, and Ibrahim Sharif Mohammed during clashes in Ramallah city.
JENIN
1. At 17:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zubaba and Rumana village junctions then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Qaram village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 19:30.
TUBAS
At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Baradala village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:40.
TULKAREM
At 23:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Anabta town then searched residents and vehicles until 00:50.
QALQILIYA
1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 08:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
At dawn on October 1st 2018, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes.
1. At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned at "Ayal" crossing point located in North Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At dawn on October 1st 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Azzun town.
NABLUS
1. At 15:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Burqa village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavei Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
SALFIT
1. At 12:00 and again at 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicles.
JERICHO
At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Oja village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed the Church of Temptation and clashed with several residents and as a result injured a child.
At 08:30, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed the Church of Temptation during their raid into Jericho city.
Israeli forces injured the child: Shams Abdel-Mu'ti Yusef Abu Al-Hassien {17 years old}{A resident of Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city} during clashes in Jericho city.
BETHLEHEM
At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road connecting the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
At dawn on October 1st 2018, Israeli forces raided Nihalin town and detained 4 residents {including 2 children}.
Israeli forces detained 4 residents {including 2 children}: Khalaf Naji Najarat {14 years old}, Mahmoud Ahmad Najjarat {14 years old}, Saleh Mahmood 'Azat Shakarnat and Karim Mohammed Shakarnat in Nihalin town.
HEBRON
At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Fuwaar camp and detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Ala Khalil Al-Azat in Al-Fuwar camp.
At 17:20, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Fuwar camp junction fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 7 residents.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the entry of residents carrying Jerusalem Identification cards and International passport holders until 13:00, for the entry of citizens carrying Gaza Strip Identification cards until 15:00 and West Bank and Gaza Identification card holders carrying entry permits will be able to enter Israeli until 13:00 as well as emergency and medical cases.
At 20:30 on September 30th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured a resident.

GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 20:15 on September 30th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 3 residents.

KHAN YUNIS
At 20:30 on September 30th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 2 residents.

RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents.
