JERUSALEM
At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Qalandiya camp fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning towards a bus carrying Israeli forces {which entered the area near the camp by mistake} and detained 3 residents.
1. At dawn on September 16th 2018, Israeli forces detained Khalid Fawzi Al-Bassati in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ibrahim Imtier, Khalid Antar Shihadeh and Mahmoud Mohammad Al-Malah during clashes near the entrance of Qalandiya camp.
3. Israeli forces detained 9 residents {including 3 children}: Adam Fadi Mustafa, Ahmed Abu Roumi, Mohamed Mousa Mustafa, Mohamed Zakaria Elian, Kassem Mounir Derbas {16 years old}, Wasim Iyad Dari {16 years old}, Qusay Ahmed Dari {17 years old}, Abdelqader Dari and Wadeea Daoud Aliyan in Al-Eisawiya village.
At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
1. At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints beneath Yabroud village bridge and beneath Silwad town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

At 22:15, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Dahiya area in Al-Jalazoun camp stoned residents and vehicles in the area.

At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Bi'ir Al-Basha village and Al-Shuhada' village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.
1. At dawn on September 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town, stormed and searched a home and confiscated 1500 NIS.
2. At dawn on September 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Markat village and detained 3 residents.
Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Baha Hisham Abdel-Azziz, Mustafa Hisham Abdel-Azziz and Majd Hisham Abdel-Azziz in Markat village.

NABLUS

At 20:10, Israeli forces raided Nablus city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed Joseph's Tomb during which they clashed with several residents and as a result injured 6 residents {including 2 Paramedics} and left 4 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation then withdrew at 04:45.
2. At dawn on September 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Ein Beit Al-Ma' camp in Nablus city and detained a resident.

1. At dawn on September 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Harmala village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on September 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Wadi Fuqin village and detained a resident.
At 11:25, Israeli forces positioned at "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement junction opened fire towards child for allegedly stabbing a Israeli settler and as a result left him wounded then detained him.
Israeli forces positioned at "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement junction opened fire towards and injured the child: Khalil Yusef Ali Jabarin {17 years old}{a resident of Yatta town in Hebron district} for allegedly stabbing a Israeli settler.
1. At 09:55, Israeli forces positioned at checkpoint {300} located in North Bethlehem city detained Zakariya Ahmad Nuwara {A resident of Bethlehem city}.

ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 5 residents.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination..
