Daily Report August 28, 2018

At dawn on August 27th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Duqqu village.

1.On August 27th 2018, Israeli forces detained Ayman Abu Eid {A resident of Biddu town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. At 10:40, Israeli forces positioned at Jaba' Military checkpoint detained 2 residents: Nidal Mohammad Mustafa Al-Bawab and Hamza Zidan Mohammad Hindi {both are residents of Al-Amary camp in Al-Bireh city}.

1. At 09:20 on August 27th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Silwad town and Ein Yabroud village then searched residents and vehicles until 11:45.
2. At 01:20 on August 28th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement junction, temporarily detained a resident then released him at 02:20.

1. At dawn on August 27th 2018, Israeli forces raided Deir Qaddis village and detained a child.
2. At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Kobar village, demolished the family home of Mohammad Tariq Dar Yusef, clashed with several residents, detained a resident and confiscated a vehicle then withdrew at 05:00.

1. At dawn on August 27th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Mahkama Military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city detained Ayed Abu Eidat {A resident of Qaddura camp in Ramallah city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ibrahim Qatusat {17 years old} in Deir Qaddis village.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdallah Abu Al-Haj in Kobar village.

At 01:20 on August 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement junction detained Ali Hussin Al-Barghouthi then released him At 02:20.

1. At 03:25, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they demolished the family home of Mohammad Tariq Dar Yusef during their raid into Kobar village.
2. At 05:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they raided Bir Ziet town, Abu Shikhidium and Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya villages.

At 03:25, Israeli forces demolished the family home of Mohammad Tariq Dar Yusef during their raid into Kobar village.

At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Al-Rihan village then searched residents and vehicles.

At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home , detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:40.

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mu'taz Abu Zied and Mahmoud Kamil Abdel-Jalil Al-Ayat in Jenin city..

At 08:10, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 15:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 18:30.

At 17:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Beit Lid town and Safarin village then searched residents and vehicles.

At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Anabta town, clashed with several residents, assaulted a resident and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

At 12:15 and again at 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area {located near the entrance of Tel village} then searched residents and vehicles then detained a resident.

1. At 19:15, Israeli forces raided Einbuis village until 00:25.
2. At 21:45, Israeli forces raided Nablus city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers and the Israeli Minister of Public works and housing and the head of the Settlements Committee as they stormed Joseph's Tomb, clashed with several residents and as a result injured 3 residents then withdrew at 03:00.
3. At dawn on August 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Balata camp, stormed and searched 2 homes and detained a resident.

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area {located near the entrance of Tel village} detained Fadi Na'im Yassin {A resident of Nablus city}.
2.Israeli forces detained Ahmad Maher Hashash in Balata camp in Nablus city.

At 21:45, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers and the Israeli Minister of Public works and housing and the head of the Settlements Committee as they stormed Joseph's Tomb during their raid into Nablus city and as a result injured 3 children.

Israeli forces injured 3 children: Abed Khalid Hussien Hashash {16 years old}{A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city}, Wassim Naser Mohammad {16 years old}{A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city} and Rami Mohammad Marouh Dwikat {15 years old} {A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city} during clashes in Nablus city.

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Harris village then searched residents and vehicle.
2. At 15:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:20.
3.At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Marda village, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 15:00.

At 14:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Mu'arajat road {which connects Jericho and Ramallah districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road in Dar Salah village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

1. At 12:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and summoned Mohammad Ali Mohammad Da'dou' to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 20:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Faradis and Al-Asakra villages until 22:45.
3. At 04:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp on Bethlehem city and detained 2 residents {including a child}.

1. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 07:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Kahil and at Al-Fuwar junction then searched residents and vehicles.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
