On March 26th 2018, Israeli Military imposed a full closure on the on the West Bank and Gaza for a period of 8 days for the Jewish Passover holidays starting on midnight of Thursday March 29th 2018 until April 7th 2018.
Effective 1 July 2023, the Violations Report will only be available in Arabic on the NAD website, the English version will be discontinued. ALL DISTRICTS
JERUSALEM
1. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Anata town and opened fire towards a residents and as a result wounded his leg.
2. On the morning of March 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya town, stormed and searched several homes and detained several residents including a child.
At 22:00, Israeli forces opened fire towards Mohammad Islim {19 years old}{A resident of Anata town} and as a result left him hospitalized with a leg wound.

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Arafat Mesir, Ibrahim Abu Sbeih and Yusuf Najib in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained several resiednts including Ali Moheisen, Mohammed Magdy Attia, Mohamed Abdel Raouf Marouf, Ahmed Khaled Abu Shamaleh and Mohamed Zakaria Alyan in Al-Eisawiya town.
At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ni'lin village then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 16:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Saleh village, fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters clashed with several residents then detained a resident.
2. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Deir Intham and detained 2 children.
3. At dawn on March 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village , stormed and searched a home then detained a resident.
At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned near "City Inn Hotel" roundabout in Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents.
1. Israeli forces detained Uday Abdel Razek Al Tamimi {27 years old} in Al-Nabi Saleh village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mustafa Saleh Al-Tamimi {17 years old} and Nawar Bassam Abdullah Mezher {16 years old} in Deir Intham town.
3. Israeli forces detained Thaer Sharatih in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.
JENIN
At 05:06, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and detained 2 children.
Israeli forces detained 2 children: Awies Mahmoud Ajawi {17 years old} and Assem Mustafa Arouq {18 years old} in Jenin city.
TUBAS
At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Aqba village located in east Tayasir town then searched residents and vehicles.
QALQILIYA
At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the main entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, stormed and searched the home of Qassim Jaber and detained his son then withdrew at 04:40.
Israeli forces detained Ayman Qasim Jaber {19 years old} in Qalqiliya city.
NABLUS
At 16:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 17:50.
1. At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Sawiya village and detained 2 residents.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided SAlem village and detained 4 residents.
1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents Atiyani Yousef Attiani {24 years old} and Sami Yasser Shahin {23 years old} in Al-Sawiya village.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Malik Qais Asaad Hamdan, Wissam Samir Mohammed Karkari, Anas Akef Awadallah and Hassan Mustafa Hussein Issa in Salem village.
On the evening of March 28th 2018, Israeli forces removed a number of signs from the archaeological sites in the town of Sebastia, northwest of Nablus, on the grounds that they do not contain translations in Hebrew.
SALFIT
At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town and detained a resident.

BETHLEHEM
At 18:05, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Al-Deir town located in South Bethlehem city and temporally detained Ammar Ali Mohamed Tamara then released him at a later time.

On the evening of March 28th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers from "Sde Boaz"settlement closed the main agricultural road in Ein Qasis area in Al-Khader town located in south Bethlehem with cement blocks and prevented residents from reaching their agricultural land.
HEBRON
1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the south entrance of Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Wadi Al-Juz area in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 00:03, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed and searched several homes owned by Kassem Ali Salem Hijazi, Hani Makram Ghaith and Nasser Al-Julani then withdrew at a later time.
2. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Surif town.
On the evening of March 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron temporarily detained the child:
Dargham Karam Miswada {3 years old} for alleged stoning.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.
•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district.
• The Israeli Military broke the cease fire agreement by raiding and opening fore towards Central Gaza district.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 15:30 on March 28th 2018, Israeli forces detained a unidentified residents as he attempted to climb the border fence in North west Beit Lahiya town.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
1. At 11:20 on March 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.
2. At 12:30 on March 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire, launched stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators located in east Al- Shija'iya area protesting against the American Presidents decision to recognize Jerusalem as the Capital of Israel and his intention of relocating the American Embassy to Jerusalem.
CENTRAL GAZA
At 00:10 on March 28th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed into east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis an opened fire as they leveled a plot of agricultural land then withdrew at 16:40.
At 12:30 on March 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards east Deir Al-Balah camp.
KHAN YUNIS
1. At 09:00 on March 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 14:00 on March 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several demonstrators in east Khan Yunis city protesting against the American Presidents decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and his plans to move the American embassy to Jerusalem.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
