Daily Report March 10, 2018

At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:00.

On the Morning of March 9th 2018, Israeli forces prevented a Running Marathon from taking place near Bab Al-Amoud {Damascus Gate} in Jerusalem city after confiscating several Palestinian flags and T-Shirts to be worn during the marathon then detained 2 residents.

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces detained Shadi Al-M,ator {A resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 10:00, Israeli forces positioned at Jaba' military checkpoint detained Loia Bassam Faza' Salah Al-Din {A resident of Hizma town}.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohamamd Abu Al-Hummus and Fadi Al-Mattur as they prevented a Running Marathon from taking place near Bab Al-Amoud {Damascus Gate} in Jerusalem city.

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Ein Samiya area located east Kafr Malik village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents {including a child}.
2. At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents {including a child}.
3. At 12:50, Israeli forces positioned in Ni'lin town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting against the construction wall for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocating from tear gas inhalation.
4. At 14:20, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
5. At 14:25, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Deir Intham village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 21:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sir village located in South Al-Zababda town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 20:25, Israeli forces raided Jaba' town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 11:00, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate located in Faqu'a village temporarily detained Sultan Tayseer Ibrahim Jalghoum {A resident of Faqou'a village} (A special needs patient) then released him at 18:55.

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town then stormed and searched 2 homes.

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting against the closure of the village entrance and as a result left them suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:10, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Qalqiliya city and fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

1. At 16:25, Israeli forces raided Madma village, temporally detained a child then released him at a later time.
2. At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Nablus city until 02:10.

At 16:25, Israeli forces temporarily detained the child Osama Riyad Al-Qut {14 years old} then released him at 02:15

At 15:30, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Einbuis village and attacked the home of Mahmoud Ahmad Ahmad Hussien then withdrew under the protection of the Israeli military who fired live ammunition , stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack and as a result injured 2 residents.

1. At 13:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents as they were protesting against Israeli settlers who installed tents on privately owned land in Jabal Al-Ras area located in Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village and as a result injured 2 residents.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces positioned near Huwara military checkpoint fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned in Ein Buis village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents as they attempted to prevent Israeli settlers from attacking the home of Mahmoud Ahmad Ahmad Hussien and as a result injured 2 residents.
4. At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned near Kafr Qalil village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 15:10, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town until 15:45.

At 18:10, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in Al-Zawiya town temporally detained 3 residents: Hussein Ziad Shuqair, Mohamed Ziad Shuqair, and Abdallah Ismail Shuqair then released them at 20:00.

At 20:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned in Wadi Qana area stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main road in Wadi Qana {which connects Salfit and Qalqiliya} and as a result damaged the windshield of a bus and injured its driver.

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near a gas station along road (90) near Al-Ojaa village then searched residents and vehicles.

At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near the south entrance of Jericho city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a journalist.

1. At 13:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Salmuna village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Oja village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction{located at the south entrance of Bethlehem } then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and summoned 4 residents: Mazza Oussama Al Masri Al Ajouri, Suhaib Ali Al Abayat, Mustafa Khader Masalamah, and Ibrahim Hani Hassan Souman to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning then withdrew at 03:05.

At 02:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Bethlehem city.

At 11:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

At 08:55, Israeli forces detained Fadil Ahmad Khalil Shartih {A resident of Yatta town}.

At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area located in Hebron city fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result killed a resident {A Special needs Patient}.

Israeli forces killed Mohammad Yazin Al-Ja'bari {24 years old}{A special needs patient} after opening fire towards him near Bab Al-Zawiya area located in Hebron city.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 15:00 on March 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition , stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town and as a result injured 5 residents.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 14:00 on March 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards demonstrators near Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city and as a result injured a resident..

At 14:30 on March 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition , stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp then injured 2 residents.

At 14:00 on March 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition , stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khan Yunis city and as a result injured 2 residents.
