Closure

*Since 24:00 on October 3rd 2017, the Israeli Military sealed off the West Bank for the Jewish Holiday {Day of Celebrating the Torah} thus preventing residents and workers including those with entry permits from entering Jerusalem city and Israel with the exception of Foreign Diplomats, Humanitarian and emergency medical cases {with prior security clearance} until 24:00 on October 14th 2017.

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. On the morning of October 13th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hizma town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Anan town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and confiscated a vehicle.
2. At 17:00, Israeli raided Al-Ram town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On October 13th 2017, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mahmoud Abdel-Ra'uf Mahmoud, Abed Mahmoud Dari and Mohammad Musa Mustafa {All residents of Al-Eisawiya village}
2. Israeli forces detained Abdallah Al-Tamimi in Al-Ram town.

Confiscation of Property

At 17:00,Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Daoud Khalid Muhsin during their raid into Abu Dis town.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 18:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city and clashed with several residents.

Detention

At 00:30 on October 13th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Silwad town detained 2 residents: Mohammad Salim Al-Zawi {A resident of Qalandiya camp in Jerusalem city} and Mu'tasim Ramadan Jad Al-Haq {A resident of Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city}.

Attack

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Jalazoun camp fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 17:40, Israeli forces positioned at "Psagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 18:05, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Mughier village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 18:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Bireh city.
5. At 18:50, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Kafr Malik village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

At 10:10, a group of Israeli settlers positioned along the main road connecting Kafr Malik and Deir Jarir villager stoned residents and vehicles.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Kafrit village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.

Raid

At dawn on October 14th 2017, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and detained 2 residents including a child.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Qassim Khalid Abu Baker {16 years old} and Taher Jawad Badarnah in Ya'bad town.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Khirbet Yarza village then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Settlers Attacks

At 15:50, a group of Israeli settlers driving 15 vehicles stormed Khirbeit Al-Hamam area located in east Al-Nazlah Al-Sharqiya village then withdrew at 16:00.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned near "Kedumim" settlement {located along the main road connecting Qalqilya and Nablus} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 23:10, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town and clashed with several residents.

Demonstrations

At 13:30,a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

1. At 13:30,Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the closure of the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 23:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Jayyous town.

Assaults on Property

At 11:35, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate located in Al-Razazat area in Qalqilya city kicked out several workers in the area.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Sabastiya village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located near Sabastiya village detained Ahmad Husni Tawfiq Jaradat {A resident of Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town in Jenin district}.

Assaults on Property

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces prevented several residents from collecting Olive harvest on agricultural land located in Salem village near "Alon Muriya" settlement.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces closed the south entrance of Qaryout village located near "Shilo" settlement with dirt mounds in order to prevent residents from reaching their agricultural land to collect Olive harvests during which several residents reopened the entrance at a later time.

Settlers Attacks

On October 13th 2017, Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Qaryout village and stole 300 trees worth of Olive harvests owned by Jibril Musa and 120 trees worth of Olive harvest owned by other residents.

SALFIT

Settlers Attacks

At 08:10, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Sahil area located near Iskaka village then withdrew at a later time.

JERICHO

Raid

At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village, stormed and searched several homes , recorded cellular telephone numbers of the residents then withdrew at 03:20.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

At 22:05, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Container" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 23:15.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area located near Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 16:30.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:30.
3. At 17:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 17:45, Israeli forces positioned near the west entrance of Teqou' town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Samou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 17:15, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.

Detention

On October 13th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located near Silwad town detained Alaa Mahmoud Ali Al-Salibi {A resident of Beit Ummar town}.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and
• Israeli Military forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire and launching stun and tear gas canisters from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza districts and as a result injured 2 residents.
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:00 on October 13th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:15 October 13th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire and launched tear gas grenades towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents in east Al-Buriej camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
