WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 20:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Qalandiya, Jaba' and Hizma Military checkpoints and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Khan Al-Ahmar area {located along the main road connecting Jerusalem and Jericho} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on August 3rd 2017, Israeli forces raided Anata town, stormed and searched 2 homes and confiscated several documents and stamps from Anata youth club.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Matar neighborhood in Qalandiya camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and as a result injured a resident then detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 08:40 on August 3rd 2017, Israeli forces detained Mohammed Nasser Al-Din Al-Halabi in Wadi Al-Juz neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 00:15 on August 4th 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Mohammad Al-Rajabi {14 years old} and Yusef Al-Rajabi in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Abed Ayaed Al-Shuwa'ni in Qalandiya camp.

Deportation

1. At 18:00, Israeli Authorities issued orders for the deportation of Khalid Fawzi Al-Bassati from the old city of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 1 month as a term for his release from Israeli prison.
2. At 21:40, Israeli Authorities issued orders for the deportation of Rami Al-Fukhari {A resident of Jerusalem city} from Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 2 months.

Attack

1. At 22:30, Israeli forces positioned in Ein Al-Louza area in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 22:40, Israeli forces positioned in B'ir Ayoub area in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 03:30, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes and as a result injured a resident then stormed The Ramallah Governorate Hospital.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Hisham Raed Al-Shu'ibi during clashes near Al-Matar neighborhood in Qalandiya camp.

House Demolition

On August 3rd 2017, Israeli forces stormed Wadi Al-Hums area in Sur Baher village and forced Mohammad Yunis Al-Sharq to demolish his 2 floor home for allegedly being built without a licence then fined him.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on August 3rd 2017, Israeli forces confiscated several documents and stamps after storming and searching the home of the Chairman of Anata youth club during their raid into Anata town.

Closure of main Roads

At 22:00 Israeli Forces closed the street of Ein Aloza area in silwan.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on August 3rd 2017 and again at 06:45 on August 4th 2017, Israeli forces raided Kubar village, detained 5 residents {including 4 children and a Security Force Officer} then withdrew at 07:30.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, detained a PLC member then withdrew at 04:20.
3. At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Taymour Al-Barghouthi {A National Security Force Officer}, Assad Ibrahim Al-Fahil {17 years old}, Nuros Mohammad Abdel-Rahman Al-Barghouthi {17 years old} and Iba Al-Barghouthi in Kubar village.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abu Teir {A PLC member} in Al-Bireh city.

Settlers Attacks

At 18:40, Israeli settlers positioned near "Bet El" settlement located in North Al-Bireh city stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main road leading to Al-Jalazoun camp and as a result damaged the vehicle of Rafiq Abu Aliya.

JENIN

Attack

At 20:35, Israeli forces positioned near Jaba' town junction fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 11:20, Israeli settlers positioned near "Movo Dotan" Military checkpoint located in south Yabad town as they were carrying batons and provoked residents.
2. On August 3rd 2017, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the area of "Tarsela" settlement {which was previously Abandoned} and installed mobile homes, tents and a Electrical Generator.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 06:20 on August 3rd 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint the entrance of Al-Far'a village then searched residents and vehicles until 06:40.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ras Rumana area junction{located near the entrance of Baqa Al-Sharqiya town} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Azzun town bridge {located along the main road connecting Qalqilya and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 02:45 on August 3rd 2017, Israeli forces detained Du'a Faris Zamari during their raid into Qalqilya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Bithan road {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:20.

Raid

At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Qibliya village until 01:30.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 13:20.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Betar, Nihalin and Husan villages thus impeding the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 22:20, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, summoned 2 Hussien Al-Arouj and Raja'i Hussien Soliman to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and summoned Wael Khalid Issa to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
3. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, clashed with several residents and injured a resident.

Detention

At 21:20, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Murad Malish {17 years old}{A resident of Ayda camp in Bethlehem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

Attack

At 01:10, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beit Ummar town and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in Beit Fajjar town.

Settlement Activities

At 11:40, The Israeli Prime Minister placed the Corner stone for the construction of 1100 settlement units in "Betar Eliyat" which is located in Wadi Fuqin village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Dura town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Taha Abu Sineneh in Dura town.

Temporary Detention

At 13:10, Israeli forces temporarily detained Mohammad Fawaz Jaber in South Hebron city then released him at a later time.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
