WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns.

Detention

At dawn on November 21st 2016, Israeli forces detained Mustafa Al-Hashlamoun in Jerusalem city.

Attack

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Hizma town.
2. At 22:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Jabal area junction located in Abu Dis town then searched stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Closure of main Roads

At 14:55, Israeli forces closed a main road in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {Along Al-Mu'arajat road which connects Ramallah & Al-Bireh and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Beit Ur Al-Tahta and Beit Ur Al-Foqa villages then searched residents and vehicles until 09:45.
3. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge, temporarily detained Wadi' Mahmoud A'ayil {A Preventive Security Force Officer}{A resident of Qarwat Bani Zied village} and released him at a later time then withdrew at 21:30.

Raid

1. At dawn on November 21st 2016, Israeli forces raided Rantis village, detained 2 residents and confiscated 8000 NIS , 2 gold bracelets and a computer from Abdel-Latif Issa Balouts home and also confiscated 3000 NIS , a computer, a LCD computer screen and a Television from Mohammad Abdel-Raheem Salem Ghanams ' s home
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Turmus'aya town, stormed several homes then withdrew at 05:30.
3. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 04:55.

Detention

1. At 00:25, Israeli forces detained Atta Issa Shakarneh { A resident of Al-Jalazoun camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Lattif Issa Ballout and Mohammad Abdel-Raheem Salem Ghanam in Rantis village.

Temporary Detention

At 18:10, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located near Atarah town bridge temporarily detained Wadi' Mahmoud A'ayil {A Preventive Security Force Officer}{A resident of Qarwat Bani Zied village} and released him at a later time.

At 04:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp.

At dawn on November 21st 2016, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town then stormed and searched a home.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 12:10, Israeli forces closed Tayassir checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 13:30.

Assaults on Property

At 15:00, Israeli forces removed several families from their homes in Khirbiet Ibziq village from 15:30 on November 21st 2016 until 09:00 on November 22nd 2016 for alleged military training in the area.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 12:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 13:40.

Raid

1. At dawn on November 21st 2016, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Ghasoun town and detained a resident.
2. At 23:15, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Al-Jabrah village and handed out leaflets warning residents of sever consequences in the event of continued stoning of Israeli military vehicles and soldiers stationed at the wall gate.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Foad Salah Qub in Deir Al-Ghasoun town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00 and again at 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles
2. At 14:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Immatin village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khirbeit Sier village then searched residents and vehicles until 19:30.

Detention

On November 21st 2016, Israeli forces detained Rashad Ali Radwan {A resident of Azzun town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence based on a prior summon.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Furiq town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Beita town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Balata camp in Nablus city, stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 04:20.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 14:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara checkpoint junction and impeded the free flow of traffic.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 13:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village until 13:00.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 11:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Manshiya village located in west Teqou' town, confiscated 5 Shipping containers containing vehicle spare parts and also confiscated building stones owned by Na'im Hassan Sa'id Salahat for allegedly not having purchase receipt and also served a military order to halt construction on his home for allegedly being built without a licence.
2. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city.
3. At 04:15, Israeli forces raided Wadi Shaheen area located in Bethlehem city.

Attack

At 08:00, Israeli forces positioned near "Murad" tourist resort located in Wadi Hums area in North Bethlehem city opened fire towards Mahmoud Issa Mahmoud Salah {A resident of Dar Salah village} as he was attempting to enter Jerusalem city while searching for employment and as s result left him hospitalized.

Injuries

At 08:00, Mahmoud Issa Mahmoud Salah {A resident of Dar Salah village} was hospitalized after Israeli forces positioned near "Murad" tourist resort located in Wadi Hums area in North Bethlehem city opened fire towards him as he as attempting to enter Jerusalem city while searching for employment .

Confiscation of Property

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up 4 checkpoints near Al-Nabi Yunis area {located along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem Districts}, at the North entrance of Al-Thahriya town at Qizoun area junction located in the old city of Hebron and Zif village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Quzabiya and Shiyoukh Al-Aroub villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town , stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 23:00.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 05:20.

Physical Assault

At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned at Tel Al-Rumayda checkpoint in the old city of Hebron assaulted Akram Ribhi Sabah Abu Shikhidium.

Assaults on Property

At 10:25, Israeli forces stormed the old city of Hebron and seized Al-Ibrahimi school football field then placed umbrellas throughout the field.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis District.
• Israeli naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:30 on November 21st 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 08:00, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuz'a town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
