WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 23:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Al-Eisawiya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on November 20th 2016, Israeli forces raided Beit Surik village and detained 4 residents.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and clashed with several residents.
3. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town.
4. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town.

Detention

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem city detained Mohammad Abu Sineneh {A resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city} after assaulting him.
2. At 23:30, Israeli forces detained Salah Alawi {A resident of Al-Eizariya town}.
3. On November 20th 2016, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Baker Mahmoud Al-Abbassi and Omar Daoud Al-Abbassi {Both residents of Jerusalem city} after they turned them selves to Israeli Police after receiving sentences of 12 months and 15 months in prison.
4. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Ahmad Mohammad Khalil Al-Jamal, Oday Mohammad Khalil Al-Jamal, Khalil Rawhi Khalil Al-Jamal and Hamza Rawhi Khalil Al-Jamal in Beit Surik village.

Attack

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Hizma town.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces positioned near the north junction of Al-Ram town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Physical Assault

At 18:00, Israeli forces assaulted Mohammad Abu Sineneh {A resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city} as they detained him near Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem city.

Deportation

On November 20th 2016, Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city issued a court order to deport Ma'moun Ghayth from his place of residence in Bab Hata area in the old city of Jerusalem and fined him 1500 NIS as a term for his release from Israeli prison.

Home seizure

At 18:30, a group of armed Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police and Military forces seized a home owned by Al-Na'aji familiy in Bab Hata area located in the old city of Jerusalem under the claim that Israeli Authorities granted them ownership of the home.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:50 on November 20th 2016, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Taybeh town junction {located along Al-Mu'a Rajat road which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 09:15.
2. At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Ein Ayoub area located near Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30
3. At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.
4. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

JENIN

Raid

At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Yamoun town , detained a resident then withdrew at 04:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mahmoud Shafeeq Samar in Al-Yamoun town.

TUBAS

Raid

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Ibziq village, confiscated a agricultural tractor owned by Nazih Naghangha and served military orders for the removal of 14 families from their homes on November 21st & 22nd 2016 for alleged military exercises in the area.
2. At 18:15, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Bayda village.

Confiscation of Property

At 15:00, Israeli forces confiscated a agricultural tractor owned by Nazih Fayiz Naghangha during their raid into Ibziq village

Settlers Violence

At 12:10, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Khilat Hamad area located near Khirbiet Tel Al-Hama area located in the North Jordan Valley and then chased several shepherds who were herding their goats.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 13:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Nour Al-Shams camp then clashed with several residents in the camp.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Sayda village then withdrew at 04:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Fadi Munthir Mustafa Radad and Loia Sati Al-Ashqar in Sayda village.

Attack

At 01:20, Israeli forces opened fire towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nour Shams camp in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

Raid

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Immatin village, summoned Rashad Lutfi Sawan to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then temporarily detained Ahmad Thiyab Obied then released him at a later time.
2. At 17:20, Israeli forces raided Jit village, temporarily detained Omar Khamis Yamien {Head of the local village council and the head engineer for the road project for the village}, temporarily seized a bulldozer {owned by Ali Bashir} travelling towards "Qaddumin" settlement for allegedly paving a road with out obtaining permission from the Israeli Military then summoned the owner to report to the Israeli Military offices in "Qaddumin" settlement.
3. At 17:50 and again at 02:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 04:10

Temporary Detention

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained Moath Ahmad Thiyab Obied during their raid into Immatin village then released him at a later time.
2. At 06:45 on November 20th 2016, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Rajman area located between Aqraba town and Osarin village then stoned residents and vehicles then withdrew at 11:00. under the protection of Israeli Military forces.

At 17:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Raid

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces raided Ein Dweik village as they escorted several employees from the Israeli Water Authority who were conducting tests on several water collection wells located on farms then withdrew at 11:45.
2. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village , detained a University student then withdrew at 04:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Hussien Fihmi Najoum {A University student } in Al-Oja village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

On the afternoon of November 20th 2016, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Nihalin village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On the afternoon of November 20th 2016, Israeli forces raided Nihalin village.
2. At 16:15, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city and clashed with several residents.

Attack

At 16:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Manasheer area located near Shiyoukh Al-Arub village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the North entrance of Al-Thahriya town and at the entrance of Al-Ramadin village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Ummar town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

Raid

1. At 08:05, Israeli forces raided Hebron village, stormed a home, summoned Omar Abu Sineneh to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning and again at 23:25 stormed a home and summoned Imad Kharout to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces raided Um Al-Khier village and east Yatta town, served military order to 2 residents: Soliman Al-Thalahin and Shu'ayeb Al-Hathalin to demolish their homes, livestock dens and water wells.
3. At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Yatta town, stormed a printing press owned by Ali Yusef Khalil Al-Adarah and confiscated a computer.

At 04:30, Israeli forces confiscated a computer as they stormed a printing press owned by Ali Yusef Khalil Al-Adarah during their raid into Yatta town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
• Israeli naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 09:20 on November 20th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
