WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Attack

At 15:20, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Ram town, fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Yazan Fadil Fawzi Al-Rajabi near the North entrance of Al-Ram town.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Demonstrations

At 13:30, a demonstration took place in Bil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result suffocated several residents from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

At 17:20, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

TUBAS

Settlers Violence

At 10:40, a group of Israeli settlers raided Attouf area as they stormed Tomb of Joshua then withdrew at a later time.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 19:15, Israeli forces raided Zieta town until 22:00.

Detention

At 18:45, Israeli forces detained Tawfiq Muwafaq Matar (A resident of Bal'a town) as he was working on his agricultural land.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area located between Jayyous and Kafr Jamal village then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yatma village then searched residents and vehicles.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 23:25, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:10.

Raid

At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Jericho city until 10:10.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village junction {located at the south entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Obidiya town until 02:30.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, Ayda and Aza camps, stormed and searched several homes, summoned 6 residents to report to Israeli intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 05:35.

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Teqou' town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 15:25, Israeli forces positioned near Ayda camp in Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 17:40, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of Billal Bin Rabah mosque located in North Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:30 on October 21st 2016, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North Hebron city and at Al-Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 10:10.
2. At 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Kahil town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:15, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 22:50, Israeli forces raided Dura town until 23:55.
3. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained a resident then withdrew at 02:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Jad Ghalib Hamdi Sultan Al-Tamimi in Hebron city.

Attack

At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Beit Ummar town fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• •Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

•Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured a resident .
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Central Gaza districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons, passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing and the entry of 250 residents into Al-Aqsa mosque for prayers with previous coordination.

Attack

At 10:30 on October 2st 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 15:30 on October 21st 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 08:00 on October 21st 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.
2. At 15:45 on October 21st 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified residents in Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 11:00 on October 21st 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Abssan Al-Jadedeh town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit of 660 residents {consisting of medical patients , University students and Permit holders} and the entry of 107 residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
