WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 01:30, Israeli forces closed Shu'fat checkpoint in Jerusalem city and impeded the free flow of traffic then reopened it at a later time.

Flying Checkpoints

At 01:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Anata town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town.
2. At 18:50, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and clashed with several residents.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Shufat camp in Jerusalem city, stormed and searched a home then detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 19:50, Israeli forces detained Musbah Subieh Abu Sbieh as he was exiting Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. At dawn on September 27 2016, Israeli forces detained 3 residents : Rami Fakhouri, Ahmad Al-Shawish and Mohammad Hazinah in the old city of Jerusalem.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mahmoud Ibrahim Abu Khalifa, Daoud Al-Rashq and Yusef Taha in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

Attack

At 18:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town.

House Demolition

At 03:00, Israeli forces stormed Al-Khaleh area located in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city and demolished 2 buildings {consisting of 2 floors and 4 apartments {180 square meters} owned by Jaser Abu Al-Hawa, Tayseer Abu Al-Hawa and Ahmad Abu Al-Hawa for allegedly being built without a licence.

Assault on Educational sector

At 05:00, Israeli forces stormed "Abu Al-Nour " Bedouin community located in east Al-Eizariya town and demolished a classroom {used to teach 3rd Grade students} in the communities secondary school for allegedly being built without a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 15:40, Israeli forces settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village, impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the main steel entrance until reopening it at 15:45.
2. At 14:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city until 18:10.
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Deir Jerier village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 04:45.

Attack

At 21:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Deir Jareer village.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Kafr Qud village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qud village.
2. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town and occupied a home owned by Ra'fat Zakarna then converted its rooftop into a military post, detained a resident and set fire to a merchant shop owned by Mo'ayad Zakarna then withdrew at 06:00.
3. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Jaba' town until 04:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Mohammad Yusef Al-Suwati in Qabatiya town.

House Occupation

At 02:45, Israeli forces occupied a home owned by Ra'fat Zakarna then converted its rooftop into a military post during their raid into Qabatiya town then withdrew at 06:00.

Confiscation of Property

At 01:00 on September 26th 2016, Israeli forces confiscated equipment from a steel mill owned by Ahmad Mohammad Arafat Assaf during their raid into Jenin city.

Destruction of Property

At 02:45, Israeli forces set fire to a merchant shop owned by Mo'ayad Zakarnah during their raid into Qabatiya town.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 06:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 13:45, Israeli forces raided Far'un village until 14:20.
2. At 22:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town until 00:25.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:00 and again at 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area located between Azzun and Kafr Thulth towns then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Habalah town tunnel { located at the south entrance of Qalqilya city}then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyus and Azzun towns then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun and Kafr Thulth towns.
2. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Izbat Al-Ashqar village, stormed and searched Nasser Al-Ashqars home then took photographs of the home.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 16:30, Israeli settlers positioned near "Karni Shamron" settlement shattered the windows of 12 vehicles owned by Palestinian workers.
2. At 19:00, Israeli settlers positioned near Kafr Lafiq village stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main road connecting Qalqilya and Nablus.
3. On September 26th 2016, a Israeli settler driving a vehicle near "Karni Shamron" settlement opened fire towards several residents after the alleged stoning of his vehicle.

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Dajjan village, demolished a livestock Den owned by Saed Abu Jish for allegedly being built with out a licence then withdrew at 09:30.
2. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town until 06:55.

At 08:40, Israeli forces demolished a livestock Den owned by Saed Abu Jish for allegedly being built without a license during their raid into Beit Dajjan village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zawiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 08:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village { located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:10.

Raid

1. At 18:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Sahur city until 18:20.
2. At 23:05, Israeli forces raided Husan village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 22:30.
3. At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Ayda and Azza camps in Bethlehem city and detained 2 residents.
4. At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city and Al-Khader towns then detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ammar Mustafa Abu Akkar {A resident of Ayda camp} and Moath Abdel-Jabbar Abdel-Lattif Abu Tarboush {A resident of Al-Azza camp} during their raid into Ayda and Azza camps in Bethlehem city.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Shadi Mohammad Al-Badawanah {A resident of Beit Jallah city} and Yusef Sayel Sa'di Issa {A resident of Al-Khader town}.

At 19:25, Israeli forces positioned near Ayda camp in Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Tarqumiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Deir Sammit village until 05:35.
2. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Ithna town until 05:35.
3. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town, stormed a merchant shop owned by Mohammad Farouq Al-Jabarin then withdrew at 05:35.
4. At dawn on September 27th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Aroub camp and detained 3 residents including a University Student.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Oday Nasser Salama Al-Jundi, Mohammad Nabeel Al-Qiq and Omar Amjad Al-Hadoush (A University Student) during their raid into Al-Aroub camp.

Closure of main Roads

1. At 10:10, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Beit Ummar town and Karama village with dirt mounds.
2. At 11:00, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Al-Fa'hs area located in south Hebron city with dirt mounds.

Confiscation of Property

At 00:30 on September 26th 2016, Israeli forces confiscated steel Mill equipment owned by Fayez Osama Sa'adeh Al-Thahriya town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

* Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

* Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.
* Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for humanitarian cases, international journalists, employees working for humanitarian agencies, businessmen and passengers traveling though Al-Karama Crossing.

Attack

At 07:30 on September 26th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 10:00 on September 26th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Abbassan Al-Kabira town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
